Cooling performance of Freeze Tech

When it reacts with water, the temperature decreases! The printed fabric achieves a cooling sensation of -1.4℃.

Our company conducts various cooling performance comparison tests using "Freeze Tech," which features a cooling print process. For the tests, samples were folded in half, and a temperature sensor was placed at the center of the folded inner side. In an environment of approximately 34°C, about 0.2ml of water was dropped onto the center of the test piece (above the sensor), and the temperature of the wet area was measured for 10 minutes. As a result, it was demonstrated that there is a cooling performance of -1.4°C compared to untreated fabric. 【Verification Overview】 <Content> ■ The sample was folded in half, and a temperature sensor was placed at the inner center. ■ About 0.2ml of water was dropped onto the center of the test piece (above the sensor) in an environment of approximately 34°C. ■ The temperature of the wet area was measured for 10 minutes. <Result> ■ Compared to untreated cooling print fabric, the processed fabric achieved an additional cooling of -1.4°C. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Durability performance of Freeze Tech in washing.

Even after repeated washing, the cooling print performance lasts! Here we introduce the comparative tests conducted by our company.

Our company conducts various cold sensation comparison tests using "Freeze Tech," which features a cooling print process. After washing the fabric 50 times, a sample folded in half was used as the test piece, with a temperature sensor placed in the center of the folded inner side. In an environment of approximately 34°C, about 0.2ml of water was dropped onto the center of the test piece (above the sensor), and the temperature of the wet area was measured for 10 minutes. As a result, it was found that the cooling performance can be maintained even after 50 washes. [Verification Summary] <Content> ■ After washing the fabric 50 times, a sample folded in half was used as the test piece, with a temperature sensor placed in the center of the folded inner side. ■ About 0.2ml of water was dropped onto the center of the test piece (above the sensor) in an environment of approximately 34°C. ■ The temperature of the wet area was measured for 10 minutes. <Result> ■ The cooling print does not wash out after 50 washes, and the cooling performance can be maintained. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[New Development] Developing a fabric with antibacterial functionality that fixes iodine and its manufacturing method.

Directly impart deodorizing, antibacterial, and insect-repellent effects to regular fabric! We are developing a new method to fix iodine, which is effective against bacteria and viruses, to the fabric!

At Doro Roller Industry, we are engaged in research and development on "functional enhancement using cyclodextrin." Traditionally, adding functionality to general fabrics required processing from the raw material stage. Our company is developing fabric products that can provide functionality at the stage of general fabrics in small quantities, with a variety of options, and at low cost. A new method that fixes iodine, which is effective against bacteria and viruses, to the fabric shows minimal functional degradation even after re-washing, and an improvement in antibacterial activity is expected. Additionally, there have been some successful applications not only in the clothing sector but also in environmental conservation and agriculture. 【Features】 ■ Deodorizing effect ■ Antibacterial effect ■ Insect repellent effect ■ Controlled release of useful components using inclusion functions (such as hinokitiol, menthol, and fragrance oils) * This is a project approved under Saitama Prefecture's "Management Innovation Plan." * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
